We all live with the pressures of twenty-first century life. We all know the ups

of Prayer helps us to do just that.
You can spend as long or as short a time in each room as is appropriate for you.
Some rooms will need more care than others and this will vary from time to
time.
Meet God in each of the rooms and you will know his presence as guide
and companion, confessor and carer, and most of all as friend on the
journey of life.
